Cranford Hollow to Perform at Bear’s Den

The boot-stomping Southern rock band Cranford Hollow will perform tonight at Bear’s Den Pizza.

The musicians have been a band for five years and have been touring since 2014.

“Our sound keeps evolving. At the moment I would say it’s half a cup of Southern rock, a quarter cup of Americana and a quarter cup of some psychedelic sounds and ideas,” lead musician John Cranford said.

He said they just added a full-time lead electric guitar player to the band, which is helping solidify the Southern rock sound. At the same time, the band is experimenting with sounds.

The band is currently touring across the United States, performing at different venues every night.

According to inconway.com, “Over the following six weeks, the band will play in over 25 cities throughout the Midwest and Rocky Mountains, before returning to the South to wrap up the Tour in Macon, Georgia on Friday, August 19.”

“The best part about performing is playing to new people every night that have never heard us before,” Cranford said.

The band’s fifth full-length album will be released Labor Day weekend.

“My favorite song at the moment to perform is a track off of our last record called, ‘She Gone,’” Cranford said.

The show will begin at 10 p.m.
