Local Business Of The Week: Tacos 4 Life Grill

Tacos 4 Life Grill in Conway is different from the average taco shop. Not only does it have great food, but money from every meal sold goes toward a good cause.

Tacos 4 Life offers a wide variety of food. They, of course, serve various types of tacos.

“They’re not normal tacos,” Stacee Hargett, closing leader of Tacos 4 Life on Oak Street, said. “We have some that are basic beef and grilled chicken, but we also have ono shrimp and mango habanero and then we have quesadillas, burritos, nacho plates and we have a kids menu as well.”

While the food at Tacos 4 Life is amazing, it is the purpose of the restaurant that really makes it special.

“For every meal sold 22 cents is donated which is how much it takes to get a MannaPack,” Hargett said. “Then volunteers in Conway and Fayetteville will pack all of the MannaPacks for the year and will send them out to Zambia, Honduras and Swaziland.”

The whole process is a joint operation between Tacos 4 Life, Feed My Starving Children and Children’s Cup.

Stephanie Head, soon-to-be store trainer, said she loves her job at Tacos 4 Life.

“It’s like a family, everybody is really close to each other. We all really lean on each other. Plus, this company is more geared towards customers than any other place I’ve worked,” Head said.

Hargett expressed how important Tacos 4 Life is to her.

“My life is pretty ordinary. But when I go to work, I get to be a part of something extraordinary,” she said.
